Having a blast at a waterfall in Lanikai. It was nice to go somewhere not sandy and salty for a change, but unfortunately, we experienced something not so pleasant when we got back to the car; we had been robbed! Yeeey… The nice thieves had done a big ransom in the neighbourhood where we were parked, robbing the closest houses, and picking the lock of our big van, stealing everybody’s wallets, cellphones, laptops and even school-books, for some odd reason. Luckily, I hadn’t brought with me any of those things, but I had just given one of the guys in the car 300$ to pay for my trip to Big Island with them this weekend, so that’s gone.. But I guess it could have been worse; one woman told me she got her house broken into three times in one week!
